About

Software engineer and machine learning researcher, holds a BSc. degree in Informatics and Computer Engineering from the High Institute of Engineering of Lisbon and will soon graduate with a MSc. degree in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Amsterdam.
Currently is Zeega’s Lead Database Designer/Developer. Most recently has worked in text mining at Textkernel and collaborated with Subbacultcha. Previously worked as a programmer for the Berkman Center for Internet an Society at Harvard on the Data Integration Project, via the Google Summer of Code program, as well as a Software Engineer for DOCKSgroup and as a consultant for Deloitte, among others. His work has been featured in the Make Magazine and shown at Mediamatic Amsterdam. A detailed resume is available here.
